It's good for me and keeps me fit. It's challenging (occasionally bordering on brutal). It's hard work, which conflicts directly with my inherent laziness and I like the challenge of that too. I always wanted to get into running but I never had the discipline or the lifestyle to accomodate it so I didn't do it, which is a shame because now I'm that bit older and it's harder work than it used to be.]]></description>
